The majority of people prefer the med size latex bands, 5/16, in light weight for maintaining topknots and mustaches during the week. The heavier coats of certain breeds will require a larger band such as the 3/8, but if the coat is very sparse or if your banding the muzzle of a very silky Yorkie, you'll probably want the small bands we offer.

Medium Weight Latex Bands have a higher force strength and will keep the coat held for longer periods of time, a tighter band because of the thickness. If you are banding body coat, or are doing TopKnots for "Looks", you'll want the Medium Weight Bands we offer.

We also have natural clear bands available for doing show TopKnots and additional colored bands in many sizes and colors.
