Email Confirmation:
- You will receive a email once your order is completed confirming your order has been placed. This is done automatically, and will include a copy of your order along with a confirmation number.
- NOTE: If you do not receive your confirmation, your server may have filtered it as Spam Mail because of the dollar signs, so please check your spam folder for deleted mail.
Orders:
- No minimum order requirements.
- No additional fees for using U.S. Credit Cards.
- Typical Shipping is 3 - 4 Days, excluding Custom Bows.
There can be exceptions for out of stock items.
USA Shipping Rates:
- $2.95 Standard Mail Service up to a $50.00 Value.

USA Shipping Methods:
- Standard Mail
USPS First Class Mail is typically a 3-4 day delivery service, but can as long as 10 days depending on area.
- Ground
UPS or FedEx Ground is used for the higher valued and/or orders 2 pounds or more. This provides tracking of your items and is insured up to $100.00 in the event your parcel is lost. Also if it is imperative that you receive your supplies quickly, you may contact me to arrange Overnight or Second Day delivery.
Insurance:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Shipping cost will be adjusted for International Orders to the actual cost, plus $5.00 to cover additional processing fees occurred, with a $8.00 minimum charge.

Returns:
- No Cash or Credit Card Refunds
- Exchanges Only and Shipping Charges Applied
- Exchange request must be made within 14 days from our shipping date
